This Code of Ethics applies to all services offered by Monica-Ecaterina Samoila, including sessions, workshops, and coaching in Humanenergetik, spiritual development, Tao practices, and related wellness areas. It ensures that all clients receive safe, professional, and respectful guidance.

• Contribute to a cooperative and harmonious community of wellness practitioners.

4. Professional Representation

• Only represent qualifications, titles, or certifications that are accurate and verifiable.

• Use trademarks, logos, and method names according to legal and licensing permissions.

• Public statements and communications are truthful, objective, and considerate of social and client impact.

5. Compensation & Integrity

• Fees for sessions, workshops, or coaching are transparent and agreed upon in advance.

• Services are never contingent on additional payments or gifts.

• Fair and lawful practices are followed in all transactions and agreements.
