Discussion:

Session Topic “Reclaiming the Vulva: Knowledge, Shame, and Power”

Guest Speaker: Viktoria Krug

Viki is the founder of Vulvarium, an artistic project exploring the diversity of the female body through sculptural work.
Her practice moves beyond aesthetics, inviting reflection on perception, identity, and what we consider “normal.”
Website: vulvarium.com

I’m hosting a conversation with Viktoria Krug, founder of Vulvarium, on vulva anatomy, body diversity, and why so many women grow up disconnected from their own bodies.

Her work uses real-life casting and open dialogue to challenge deeply rooted taboos around female anatomy, sexuality, and self-image.

This discussion comes at a time when global data shows that 1 in 3 women and girls experience physical or sexual violence. We’ll explore how shame, lack of anatomical awareness, and societal silence contribute to that reality—and whether reclaiming knowledge and ownership of the body can be part of changing it.

Expect an honest conversation on body acceptance, empowerment, and the cultural forces that shape how we see ourselves.
