The Inner Work Book Club

Current Book Reading

The Power of Now — Eckhart Tolle

Do you want to see what we’ve been reading?

A clear and practical guide to awakening from compulsive thinking and reconnecting with the present moment. The book shows how identification with the mind creates unnecessary suffering and how simple awareness can restore inner peace and clarity. Through accessible insights and exercises, it teaches how to observe thoughts instead of being controlled by them, allowing presence, stillness, and deeper consciousness to emerge. The teachings can be applied in everyday situations—work, relationships, challenges, and personal growth—making the practice of presence a living reality rather than a distant spiritual ideal.

FAQs

What is this?

A monthly reading circle dedicated to spiritual growth and psychological self-understanding. We read contemplative texts, philosophy, and psychology that explore meaning, consciousness, responsibility, and inner transformation. It's completely dedicated to inner work.

Growth is easier in good company. The book club creates structure, accountability, and shared reflection so we actually stay consistent with the work. We support one another, stay accountable, and grow together. It’s simply easier not to walk alone.
